Find experienced support workers with greater confidence
Finding the right support worker can be stressful, especially when the support needed is personal, complex, urgent or ongoing.
Zempla is being built to help clients and families connect with experienced independent aged care and disability support workers whose skills better match their needs.
Support should not come down to luck
Availability is not the same as suitability.
Zempla is designed for people who value experience, professionalism and confidence when choosing support — across Everyday Support, Personal Support, Complex Support, Overnight Support, Rapid Response, and Clinical & Allied Health services.
Every worker must meet our experience, qualification and verification standards before being approved to join the platform.
Zempla is being built for people seeking:
-
Experienced workers, not just available workers
-
Aged care and disability support at home
-
Personal, complex, overnight and short-notice support
-
Specialist experience and capabilities clearly identified where relevant
-
More confidence when choosing who enters the home
Launching first across Greater Newcastle & the Hunter
Zempla will initially support self-managed Support at Home aged care, self-funded aged care and self-funded disability support, with NDIS-funded support to follow once Zempla’s registration is achieved.
Starting locally allows us to build carefully, establish a strong community of experienced independent support workers and create a solid foundation before expanding further.
If you receive Support at Home funding and self-manage some or all of your support, you may be able to choose your own third-party workers through your registered provider. Zempla is being built to make finding experienced workers for those arrangements easier.
Bookings will open once the platform is ready and suitable insurance arrangements are in place for eligible support booked and paid through Zempla.
Join the early-access list to hear when worker profiles and bookings become available.
