Why Zempla?
Finding the right support worker shouldn’t come down to luck.
Clients and families deserve confidence that the person entering their home has the experience, professionalism and judgement to provide the right support for their needs, especially when those needs are personal, complex, urgent or ongoing.
Experienced independent support workers also deserve a platform that recognises the value of the skills, judgement and specialist experience they’ve built over time.
That’s why we’re building Zempla.
A Different Approach
Large support marketplaces offer enormous choice.
Zempla is being built around curation and experience.
We’re building a more selective marketplace, bringing together experienced independent support workers who meet higher standards before being approved to join.
Zempla is designed for support situations where experience matters — across Everyday Support, Personal Support, Complex Support, Overnight Support, Rapid Response, and Clinical & Allied Health services.

Experience Matters
Everything we do starts with one belief:
To be approved on Zempla, every independent support worker will be required to meet our experience, qualification and verification standards.
This includes:
✓ Minimum two years’ relevant professional aged care and/or disability support experience
✓ Minimum relevant Certificate III, equivalent or higher qualification
✓ Specialist experience, training and capabilities clearly identified
✓ Independent reference, qualification and credential verification
Because confidence should be built on more than availability alone.
Quality starts with experience
Our Mission
Our mission is simple:
To make it easier for people seeking aged care and disability support to connect with experienced independent support workers whose skills better match their needs.
We’re building a marketplace where experience is recognised, specialist capability is easier to identify, and families can choose support with greater confidence.
Launching First Across Greater Newcastle & the Hunter
Zempla will launch first across Greater Newcastle and the Hunter.
We’re starting locally so we can build Zempla carefully, with a strong focus on quality, experience and confidence before expanding into additional regions across Australia.
Zempla will initially support self-managed Support at Home aged care, self-funded aged care and self-funded disability support, with NDIS-funded support to follow once Zempla’s registration is achieved.
